here is my story
I have faced a number of health challenges over the years, and like many, those pesky pounds had accumulated over time. I've been a student of health most of my life. After raising a family, in 2008 I decided to more formally help others get to a healthy weight. I became a Certified Health Coach through The Health Institute and am trained in the Habits of Health approach to optimal healthy living. I also hold a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a Master of Business Administration from The Darden School at University of Virginia where my husband, Kevin, and I met as classmates.
